I was able to rehang the curtains, get the dust ruffle on the bed, put down the woven rag rugs that I made, and even put out the bedspread I made several years ago that I've never used. I'm loving the way it looks and I dare Jeff to mess it up! Of course, I won't take the blame for my portion of the mess!

That's what happened this week. I had lots of time in the evening to work on a few new chair pieces and parts to get to the furniture manufacturer.
This is the start of a chair for a little girls room from the 'My Garden' designs. It was a fun one to work on and will have the flowers all around the outside and a sweet personalized pillow in the seat that carries the design.
My jazz singer is getting ready for the Cooper Young Festival in Memphis, TN this September where I'll have a Funky Fibers & Furniture vendor's booth.
It's always a crap shoot on what shows I need to be involved with since my furniture items are a little more pricey than most items at art shows. But I'm looking forward to this show since I have heard great things about it. Now to spend next week on a few more chairs and ottomans.
